In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "fe777" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the fe777 online gaming platform operated at fe777.lat, together with its operating company and all affiliates and subsidiaries involved in the provision of gaming services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fe777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the fe777 platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Gaming Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, arcade games, fishing games, lottery products, and any other gaming or wagering products made available through fe777.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, enhanced odds offer, cashback, or other incentive offered by fe777 to Players, subject to individual promotion terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from personal sources, excluding any Bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the fe777 platform.
• "Verification Documents" means identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification materials requested by fe777 as part of KYC procedures.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which these Terms & Conditions apply.

By accessing the fe777 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any Gaming Service provided by fe777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein including the fe777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and fe777 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties on the same subject matter. fe777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Platform or notification to you via registered contact details.

To be eligible to open and maintain an fe777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during account operation:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing fe777 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not unlawful for you personally;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that has specifically prohibited the use of online gambling platforms by its residents;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fe777 or had an Account permanently closed for violations of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee or contractor of fe777 or its affiliated game providers.

fe777 reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any time to confirm Player eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory Verification Documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities and may result in Account closure. Where an Account is found to have been opened by an ineligible individual, fe777 will void any winnings generated and return the original deposit amount, minus any bonuses utilised, at its sole discretion.

Each eligible individual may register one Account on the fe777 platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your fe777 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change after registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fe777 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify fe777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. fe777 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

fe777 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application without providing a reason and without incurring any liability to the applicant in connection with such a decision.

fe777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. fe777 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and the associated fe777 Account may be subject to investigation and suspension pending review.

Deposits are credited to your fe777 PKR balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. fe777 does not guarantee deposit confirmation times for bank transfers, as these are subject to third-party banking processing schedules. All deposit amounts are final once credited to your Account balance; fe777 does not reverse or refund deposits unless required to do so by applicable law or by these Terms.

fe777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities and escalation to compliance review.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus credits subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and identity confirmation. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the fe777 Account. fe777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing timeframes from the moment of request approval are as follows:

• JazzCash: Average 8 minutes; maximum 1 hour
• EasyPaisa: Average 8 minutes; maximum 1 hour
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank transfer: Up to 4 business hours

fe777 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where: (a) identity verification has not been satisfactorily completed; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations in connection with the Account; (c) a dispute or chargeback is pending in relation to a deposit; or (d) a bonus associated with the Account is still subject to active wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 across all payment methods. fe777 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside fe777's control.

fe777 offers a variety of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion;
• Only one bonus may be active per Player Account at any given time, unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus funds and Real Money Balance are held separately; Real Money Balance is wagered first by default;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the individual offer;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period;
• fe777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account and accepted in good faith will be honoured on the terms applicable at the time of crediting;
• fe777 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to bonus stacking, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated play intended to circumvent wagering requirements.

All casino games, live dealer tables, fishing arcade games, and lottery products available on fe777 operate under the rules set by the respective game providers and the overarching fairness standards required by fe777's international gaming licence. Game outcomes for RNG-based products (slots, virtual table games, arcade games) are determined by certified Random Number Generators that produce statistically independent outcomes on every round.

fe777 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game information section of each title. Actual returns to individual Players will vary from the theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of RNG-based gaming.

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or communication failure during a gaming session, fe777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Player's balance. Any wagers or winnings accrued as a result of a clearly erroneous game display, incorrect odds, or software malfunction will be considered void.

Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial assistance when playing casino games on fe777. Use of such tools constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The fe777 sportsbook — covering cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international matches, and domestic tournaments), football, UFC, and other sports — operates under the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules accessible within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds may change between the time a bet is added to a bet slip and the time of placement; if odds change materially prior to confirmation, the Player will be notified and given the option to accept the revised odds or cancel the bet;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook and may vary by event, market type, and account status;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at fe777's discretion and may be suspended at any time during a live event;
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance, unless the event is completed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, in which case results will stand;
• fe777 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has already been accepted;
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to the Player's fe777 PKR balance upon settlement of the relevant market, which occurs after the official result is confirmed by the governing body of the sport in question.

fe777 operates a strict policy against match fixing and sports fraud. Any Player found to have placed bets in connection with knowledge of pre-determined outcomes, or found to be connected to participants in an event on which bets are placed, will have their Account permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fe777 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the fe777 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during Account registration or verification;
• Using the fe777 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an fe777 Account;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate unintended winnings;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts in connection with gaming or betting activities;
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Sharing Account access with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account;
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of the outcome;
• Any form of systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or multi-accounting for bonus collection.

Where fe777 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bets and transactions associated with the conduct, close the Account permanently, and retain all balances pending investigation. In serious cases, fe777 may report the conduct to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

fe777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• These Terms & Conditions have been breached;
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity is suspected in connection with the Account;
• fe777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority;
• The Player requests Account closure under the self-exclusion or voluntary closure procedures.

Upon voluntary Account closure requested by the Player, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.

fe777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all fe777 Account holders and may be activated at any time through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum net loss thresholds. Once reached, further gaming is suspended for the relevant period;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous gaming session durations with automatic logout upon reaching the limit;

• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cool-off period, the Account is inaccessible but not permanently closed;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from fe777 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fe777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform; reverse engineer or decompile any software component of the Platform; use any fe777 trademarks or branding without express written permission; or create derivative works based on fe777 content.

Any unauthorised use of fe777 intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. fe777 actively monitors for and pursues intellectual property infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fe777 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the fe777 platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, or maintenance periods that result in interrupted access to the Platform;
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking partners;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any losses of opportunity, profit, revenue, goodwill, or data arising in connection with the Platform.

fe777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fe777 reserves the right to carry out maintenance, updates, and improvements to the Platform at any time, which may result in temporary unavailability.

fe777's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform is governed by the fe777 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the fe777 platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

fe777 collects personal data including your name, contact details, date of birth, CNIC number, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, payment processing, and customer support. fe777 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third parties is limited to service providers necessary for platform operation and regulatory disclosures required by applicable law.

fe777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights in a significant way — fe777 will provide notice to Players via the registered contact details associated with their Account and/or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions of new game-specific rules), the revised Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform without prior individual notice.

Your continued use of the fe777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect; if you close your Account for this reason, your Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under fe777's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between the laws of the licence jurisdiction and the laws of any other jurisdiction applicable to you as a Player, the licence jurisdiction laws shall prevail to the extent permitted.

In the event of a dispute between you and fe777 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following resolution procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact fe777 customer support at [email protected] describing the dispute in detail. fe777 will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 10 business days of receipt;
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved, you may escalate the matter to a formal complaint by submitting a written complaint. fe777 will respond with a final decision within 28 days;
3. Regulatory Escalation: If you are not satisfied with fe777's final decision on a formal complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under fe777's gaming licence, whose decision will be binding on fe777.

You agree that any legal proceedings in connection with these Terms must be conducted in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure above before any court proceedings are initiated. This provision does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
